A complete RF Modem companion chip for adding NB-IOT capability to any embedded CPU SoC via a standard SPI interface. Compliant with 3GPP R14, covering all frequency bands 600-960MHz, 1700-2220MHz. Integrated DSP runs L1 or L1/2/3with applications running on the companion chip CPU. Standard SPI interface plus chip select & packet sync pins for interfacing an MCU or SOC , no external RAM, ROM or Flash required. Low cost & simple upgrade to any embedded MCU system.
