Description and Features

The Ultra Low Cost BLE 5.0 SoC features power management circuit working directly off single cell 1.5V battery, together with extremely small package size (1.6x2.0x0.5mm WLCSP, 3x3x0.55mm QFN24), high GPIO count (5 GPIO for WLCSP, 1for QFN), and ultra-low power consumption. The SoC offers competitive solution for medical, RFID, and similar type of applications. The Ultra Low cost  Bluetooth LE SoC solution with internal OTP and Flash supports. It’s completely RoHS-compliant and 100% lead (Pb)-free. The SoC is compatible with Bluetooth standard, supports BLE specification up to version 5.1, allowing easy connectivity with Bluetooth Smart Ready mobile phones, tablets and medical equipment. The TLSR8298 series have passed ETSI EN 300 328 and EN 300 440 Class 2 (Europe), FCC CFR47 Part 15 (US) and ARIB STD-T66 (Japan) certification.
