Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the technical support of software development of Bluetooth audio products, and assist in solving various technical problems in the process of customer software debugging
2. Follow up the progress of the project, predict project risks in advance, give timely feedback and synchronize countermeasures, and provide customers with optimal solutions
3. Explore market and customer needs, assist sales and promote customers, and provide mature solutions

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in embedded, computer, communication and other majors
2. More than 2 years of software development experience, familiar with C/C++, Linux, python development
3. More than 2 years of experience in the development and application of Bluetooth headset products and related Bluetooth products
4. In-depth participation in the application development of TWS products, familiar with the production testing process of Bluetooth products, and experience in the design of production testing software for Bluetooth audio products is preferred
5. Good communication skills and language skills, good customer service awareness and team spirit
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility for their own work, have good learning ability, and have the willingness to grow together with the company
7. Experience in mainstream Bluetooth chip application such as QCC/BES/Airoha is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with technical support for hardware design of Bluetooth audio products, and assist customers in solving various technical problems in the process of debugging electrical performance and RF performance.
2. Follow up the progress of the project, predict project risks in advance, give timely feedback and synchronize countermeasures to provide customers with optimal solutions
3. Explore the market and customer needs, assist sales and promote customers, feed back new product information and needs to R&D, and provide mature solutions

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic information, communication, electromechanical and other majors
2. More than 2 years experience in hardware and RF development, proficient in schematic drawing, PCB Layout
3. Familiar with the debugging and optimization of RF circuits, familiar with power management, EMC/ESD, audio indicators, etc.
4. Proficient in using instruments, including network analyzer, power meter, spectrum analyzer, 8852, oscilloscope, etc.
5. Good communication skills and language skills, good customer service awareness and team spirit
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility for their own work, have good learning ability, and have the willingness to grow together with the company
7. Experience in product development and design such as Bluetooth headsets and Bluetooth speakers is preferred
8. Experience in mainstream Bluetooth chip application such as Qualcomm/CSR, BES, RealTek, Airoha is preferred

• For WFH we will be providing Laptop, but the candidate should have good internet connectivity.

• B.Tech Graduate 2018 or later.
• Knowledge of the VLSI Front/Back End and Semiconductor Domain (i.e., Chips and IPs).
• Basic knowledge of the Marketing and Sales.
• MBA in any domain, (Good to have, No hard preference).
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible with the work-timings.
