It integrates the RF front end, PHY and MAC, a RISC-V processor, on-chip OTP, USB interface, and power management within a single compact chip. Integrated RF components such as the power amplifier (PA), low-noise amplifier (LNA), transmit/receive switch, and balun reduce external component requirements and simplify system design while improving overall performance and reliability.

The ML9118A-GAIA-M0-PG12 is a general-purpose wireless module supporting Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth® Low Energy, and IEEE 802.15.4.
