T2M3828
The T2M3828 series, including the T2M3828A and T2M3828B variants, is a highly integrated dual-core 32-bit RISC-V SoC platform developed for high-performance wired applications. It combines up to 256 KB of low-power SRAM with deep-sleep retention and up to 1536 KB of embedded non-volatile memory, including Flash and RRAM, enabling efficient processing and reliable data storage. The device integrates a wide range of analog and communication peripherals such as 12-bit SAR ADC, 16-bit SD-ADC, PWM, I2C, I3C, SPI, UART, high-speed USB, LIN, and CAN interfaces, offering excellent flexibility for industrial, consumer, and smart-device designs. With its rich peripheral integration and optimized architecture, the T2M3828 minimizes the need for external components, helping manufacturers reduce BOM cost, simplify hardware design, and accelerate product development for next-generation wired systems.
