T2M1500

The T2M1500 is a highly integrated Ultra-Wideband (UWB) SoC designed for secure, high-accuracy ranging and real-time location applications. Built on IEEE 802.15.4z, it delivers centimeter-level positioning with low power consumption and strong security.

With an integrated UWB transceiver, embedded MCU, and hardware security engine, the T2M1500 simplifies system design while enabling reliable performance for digital key, access control, asset tracking, and indoor positioning solutions.
