Our wireless SoC portfolio delivers a scalable, highly integrated platform for next-generation connected device applications, including gateways, access points, and smart home hubs, with support for BLE, Zigbee, Thread, and Matter protocols. The portfolio spans from cost-optimized to high-performance solutions featuring enhanced memory capacity, rich peripheral integration, expanded GPIO availability, CAN-FD support, and advanced multi-channel communication capabilities for complex gateway and access point architectures.

The SoCs support up to 10 dBm TX output power, flexible package options, and advanced security features including secure boot, secure key provisioning, secure debug, and device attestation. Matter over Thread solutions are compatible with Google Home, Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Tuya, and Samsung SmartThings.

  • Low-Latency Wireless Communication: Supports fast protocol handling and responsive wireless data exchange, suitable for real-time smart home control, gateway coordination, and access point applications.
  • Concurrent Multi-Protocol Operation: Enables concurrent support for Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and Bluetooth LE, helping gateways and access points manage multiple smart home ecosystems from a single platform.
  • OTA Firmware Upgrade Support: Supports Over-the-Air firmware updates, enabling remote maintenance, feature upgrades, security patches, and long-term device lifecycle management.
  • Power-Efficient Architecture: Optimized for low-power operation with peak RX current as low as 1+mA, making it suitable for both always-on and power-sensitive connected devices.
  • High-Performance RISC-V Processing: Integrated 32-bit RISC-V MCU with performance up to 240 MHz, supporting advanced networking, protocol stacks, and edge processing requirements.
  • Dual-Core Processing Capability: Dual-core architecture up to 192 MHz enables efficient task separation for wireless communication, application processing, and gateway-level control functions.
  • Rich Interface Integration: Includes advanced interfaces such as HS USB, CAN-FD, and I3C, supporting complex gateway, access point, and industrial IoT connectivity designs.
  • Scalable Memory Options: Supports up to 512 KB SRAM and 4 MB Flash/NVM, providing enough resources for multi-protocol stacks, OTA updates, security features, and application firmware.
  • Location & Channel Sounding Support: Integrated Channel Sounding (CS) support enables next-generation location services, accurate positioning, and smart tracking applications within connected ecosystems.
