T2M751x

T2M751x series supports the Bluetooth® 5.4 (BR/EDR/LE) protocol and is designed as a single-chip solution for premium wireless audio and high-end IoT applications. It integrates dual 32-bit RISC-V MCUs alongside a Cadence HiFi 5 DSP, enabling a high degree of flexibility and customization. The HiFi 5–based audio subsystem, featuring local memory and cache architecture, operates at frequencies of up to 192 MHz. Its RF subsystem is compliant with Bluetooth 5.4, IEEE 802.15.4, and 2.4 GHz ISM band specifications.

The T2M951x series is a dual-mode Bluetooth® audio SoC that combines Bluetooth® Classic Audio and Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) Audio in one integrated chipset, helping product designers support both established technologies and the latest standards. It includes a high-performance 32-bit RISC-V MCU, making it suitable for developing various headsets and wearable devices. Additionally, with proprietary ultra-low latency protocol, the T2M951x series enables wireless audio products that demand extremely low playback delay, such as e-sports headsets and wireless microphones.
