The T2M6600 Series is a low-power Wi-Fi + Bluetooth® LE combo SoC designed for smart home and IoT devices. It supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 ax/b/g/n) + BLE 5.0, 2.4GHz, 20MHz BW, integrating Full MAC Wi-Fi, RF, power management, and amplifiers into a single chip. Powered by a 240 MHz RISC processor with rich peripheral interfaces and strong security, it enables flexible, secure, and energy-efficient wireless designs across a wide range of applications.

It combines Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.0 functionality within a single chip, integrating a Wi-Fi 6–compliant MAC, 1T1R baseband, and RF front end into a compact architecture. The device supports 2.4GHz / 5GHz, 40MHz bandwidth, 256 QAM modulation, SDIO 3.0, USB 2.0, and high-speed UART interfaces for flexible host connectivity, and enables coordinated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth operation through time-division duplex (TDD) co-existence technology.

The ML9118A-GAIA-M0-PG12 is a general-purpose wireless module supporting Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth® Low Energy, and IEEE 802.15.4. It features a 32-bit RISC-V application processor (up to 160MHz) with embedded SRAM/ROM. The Wi-Fi subsystem includes a 2.4GHz radio with 802.11 b/g/n/ax PHY/MAC for low latency, longer range, and low power operation, along with a compact MCU that offloads processing tasks. The Bluetooth LE subsystem integrates the radio, modem, link controller, and Bluetooth Mesh, using the same MCU for firmware operation. In addition, the 2.4GHz radio supports 802.15.4, enabling Zigbee and Thread functionality.
