The T2M1301 is an ultra-low-power Sub-GHz wireless SoC designed for secure sensor networks, building automation, smart locks, and smart home devices, supporting IEEE 802.15.4 FSK and proprietary communication protocols. Built on an ARM® Cortex®-M33 processor with TrustZone® support, it enables hardware-isolated security domains to safeguard sensitive operations and data. The device incorporates a PUF-based hardware root of trust to derive unique cryptographic keys from inherent silicon characteristics, providing strong protection against cloning, while an integrated true random number generator ensures high-entropy randomness for secure key generation and encrypted communications.

The T2M58x is an ultra-low-power dual-band RF SoC based on an ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, integrating 2.4 GHz and Sub-GHz radios with support for Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.3, Zigbee®, and IEEE 802.15.4. Designed for smart home, building automation, lighting, access control, and sensor network applications, it combines high RF performance with very low power consumption across transmit, receive, and sleep modes. The device supports multiple Sub-GHz ISM bands for extended range and high sensitivity, includes a high-throughput proprietary 2.4 GHz mode for demanding IoT use cases, and uses dedicated antennas for 2.4 GHz and Sub-GHz operation to ensure optimized wireless performance.
